Review on πŸš— Experience superior suspension with Monroe MA765 Max-Air Air Shock Absorber by Jeff Wyble

Poor quality shock absorbers in shock absorbers, struts and suspension

I bought these Monroe MA765 air shock absorbers for a 2001 Jeep Cherokee in August 2010. They were installed for about 3-1/2 months, maybe 1500 miles. Both shocks lost compression and rebound damping so I removed them to see why. They held air pressure, but both leaked shock oil. I have no idea why so I contacted Warranty/Tenneco, One International Drive, Monroe, MI 48161, (734) 384-7898. I was told these shocks are NO WARRANTY. Not one, zero, not 30 days, nothing. I was a bit surprised and disappointed. It may have been speculation that the shocks failed, but the lack of a product warranty, or at least the ability to send the product in for inspection to determine why it failed in such a short time, is unforgivable. Thank you for your attention.
