nothing makes happier then having a good knife in the kitchen I bought knife and like the handle and the feeling in the knife but I was trying to cut some chicken legs off a whole chicken and when went to cut through a tended I end up chipping off a very large piece of the blade I was not apply a lot of purse to cut the area of the chicken leg. Must of been a bad temper I do not think ill get my money back on this one so I'm calling it total lose.
