It's easy, just scoop two scoops 1 and a 1/4 teaspoon of yeast. But it's quick and easy and only messes up a scoop. Although, in all fairness, if I'm baking bread then the whole set of spoons is most likely over anyway. I measured this ball on a scale (I bake by weight) and 2.25 tons of active dry yeast really weighed how it should. This is a unit tasker, but it's quite small and doesn't take up much space.
