Review on 📀 Sony BDP-S6700 Blu Ray DVD Player: 4K-Upscaling, 3D VCR, Wifi, Netflix, Amazon Video Streaming + Remote Control & HDMI Cable by Rob Dixon

I've had this for a few months now and all I can say is that this is the last Sony product I will buy every time. I had a Sony DVD player that always had problems, but I blamed it on buying a cheap model. So I decided to give Sony another chance by buying another improved model. It is used on the living room TV and has problems EVERY day - freezing when watching DVD, BlueRay or streaming in any application. The only solution is to disable it. And the reboot is not fast. You'll then have to restart everything you just did, which takes even longer - and hopefully doesn't get stuck in the resume again. And if it freezes after you put the drive in, there's no reliable way to get the drive out again. The eject buttons don't work and there is an "emergency eject" (like a small paperclip hole). After disconnecting and rebooting, there's at best a 50/50 chance that it will remain frozen with a black screen and unable to get into the main menu until disconnected again - rinse and retry - with the drive still in it. Also, I signed up for Hulu today. I go to the main menu of this player, select the Hulu app and get the message "This app is no longer supported by this player." Once I find a replacement, I will "copy office space" at this POS.
