The Park Tool teeth have a different shape than the original Shimano TL-FC33 version. The round plastic adapter that comes with the new Shimano BB-R60 Ultegra 6800 (and Dura-Ace) bottom bracket will not fit the Park Tool version, even if you try pounding it with a rubber mallet. So I highly recommend getting a genuine Shimano version instead so you have a tool that can work with Shimano plastic adapters. Note that Shimano has a 1/2" drivetrain and not a 3/8" drivetrain for the Park Tool.
