The platform we use to track our fleet vehicles and manage them across different geographies. It has a strong back end team who are always willing to assist with any technical hurdles that arise.The customer support team can be slow to respond but do get back to you when they have the answers to solve your problem. Not enough integration points into their software to link in with other systems that I work with. Integrations with cloud accounting software and data analytics platforms. Benefits include having access to real time vehicle data with ease of management through dashboard and also the ability to provide drivers with reports in real time to make sure my drivers never deliver faulty products! The team at mtools has always been very responsive with any questions I have had about their product or service. They are also constantly looking into ways of improving things in order to make our lives easier as an organization! There isn't anything that we dislike specifically about their product/service. We use them for fleet management. Their software makes it easy to see where vehicles are at any given moment and what routes they're taking.
