That doesn't work at all for the bathroom. The gap at the front prevents corners or even changing the angle of the brush used. That means you have to use it FLAT, which means the long handle is useless because you have to bend all the way down to get the bristles to touch the surface of the tub. In addition, the bristles are so stiff that they do not hold soap or water when brushing - you brush dry if the water does not run over the entire surface. If you're concerned about bending, this brush isn't for you. For me it was more work than manual work.
