I bought this on a whim. I like gimmicks. I also love to bake and who doesn't love whipped cream? I have been using store bought aerosol cans for many years. Making your own dispenser and using that dispenser is a game changer. Can make all sorts of flavors and use Splenda instead of sugar at home due to diabetes. All you need is half a liter of cream, put the dispenser in the fridge before filling, insert the N2O cartridge and tip of your choice, shake for about 20 seconds and you're ready to taste. This requires a little training time. So if you're a beginner like me, try it in your kitchen sink a few times to get the hang of it. In addition, it is easy to clean. They also give you a small cleaning brush to help with this. This is my new favorite kitchen toy. Now all that's missing is a good eclair recipe. I want to try the pudding.
