So they work great. We did a quick check using some well known sources and a very expensive dosimeter to verify the readings. These cards are as accurate as color reading can get and are easy to use. Best of all, they come foil sealed in 10 packs of 10 cards each. This ensures that you do not accidentally expose the cards to UV radiation during storage. I highly recommend everyone to buy these to test their UV sanitizers. Many of them simply emit UV-A or UV-B, which often reduces efficiency to almost zero. But without a biolab or one of those great maps, the user can't tell. (((Also, these cards are great for testing the disinfecting ability of UV lamps for aquarium/aquarium sterilization. Lamps wear out over time and need to be replaced as they run 24/7. My cichlid aquarium knows appreciate that my lamp is half empty .)))
