Product under development

The idea is great, but the product is still under development. The device itself is not visually appealing - best described as "looks cheap". And it's not just about the looks, it's also about the practicality of the design - I manage to lose the physical SIM card in the device, as the SIM card slot is designed in such a way that the SIM card holder is wrong may lie place and the map will not be fixed. Then you need to open the device with force and a sharp object to remove the SIM card, which will damage the eyes and surface. The app is too complicated... it takes a lot of finesse to get to the right place. Not intuitive. I'm using the latest iPhone12 and the screen design is such that some of the navigation buttons in the app are too close to the edge of the screen to be clickable if you're stuck on a particular screen to exit the app and re-enter it to attempt. Functionality equal to zero. I spent 3 days on vacation trying to get it working and discarded dozens of messages from their tech support with no resolution. They asked me to download new firmware, reboot the device, do this, send them technical logs, upload some files... generally they wanted me to be part of their development team. No permission. Finally they confessed to me that their technicians had to go through all the logs and files because sometimes their device/app doesn't work with some phone models/brands... There was half a day where something seemed to work - Somehow that way 3 GB used up, but the connection speed was excruciatingly slow - it took minutes to open a simple webpage - while the same POTS on the phone did it in a second. So...just don't buy it now...maybe one day they will make a functional product and make it work.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...
