The product is of high quality. The only problem I have is that the disc tilts and moves when you press down. You'll need to fix it so it's level again because half of the disc pops out on the other side. Currently. I use my manual potato masher and then scoop it into a rice machine to make a finer mash. I've found that just putting potatoes in the grater has its own problems. When I found out I was fine.
