Helps with back and hip pain
I have back pain but especially hip tendinitis which causes severe pain when I sit on a hard surface for a long time. It has helped a lot, especially with tendonitis and is quite pleasant. I just bought a regular silicone pad for another chair and it's more effective. I actually think I'm using it turned the wrong way, but it seems more convenient that way.
