I don't think it's worth paying £100/month for, the interface is horrendous and looks like a child designed it.

Not worth paying £100/month for, the interface is horrendous and looks like a child designed it. Its also very slow. The web site is also awful, if you are looking to hire a full time employee you would be better off paying them rather than using this system. If you are outsourcing then you might get away with it but as soon as they have a problem they will blame you and charge you for something that was their fault in the first place. This is a terrible product. I think its an excellent idea but poorly executed and badly marketed! I used to work for another agency who were trying to sell themselves as "The World's Leading Web Design Agency" - they couldn't even create a decent website for themselves let alone offer good value. They tried to copy other agencies' websites which didn't look professional or clean so there was no way of telling where one ended and the next began (the same happened at my last job). Also when they went into production mode they did things without consulting anyone else which meant the end result had many bugs and wasn't usable until much later in development. In summary it doesn't make sense because although it sounds great at face-value it actually means less control over your own project and more headaches from being forced to use poor quality products.

Pros
  • A solid platform that is easy to use
  • Has been around for a long time now and therefore lots of support is available
Cons
  • Poorly priced for what you get
  • Not that feature rich compared to other packages out there
