I have a very simple setup for my business. I run this Zyxel router directly from my cable modem. Otherwise I use AX Wifi Mesh. All devices connected to this router are from different brands and manufacturers. Speed: The speed throughout the building is fantastic for devices connected to a wired Ethernet network. AX speeds used to be insane. While not directly responsible for those speeds, it does show the interface between the WiFi and the router. Security: The router is constantly updated with patches designed to prevent attacks and DDOS attacks. I also installed it to monitor malware. We have 5 people using this router and I am getting reports of what each person has been viewing and any potential malware found. Feels really very protected and secure compared to a standard router and worth knowing that something prosumer is protecting our network. I also get daily reports via email. Ease of use: Incredibly easy setup with a wizard. Ready to use in minutes. Everyone and everyone is very happy with this router. I can renew my subscription for the next year. In my opinion, I'm not exactly sure I need this for my small business, but I'll see what the year brings.
