Well I'm very athletic (weight lifters) so I know some things may be too tight for me in certain areas like biceps and quadriceps, but are lost in the waist, so proper stretching is important. It doesn't stretch so the waistband is flexible but feels like it will rip as I bend over and transition into a capri as well. The top isn't too bad, it's only really tight in the armpit area, so going up would just make the whole thing bulky and not a better fit. If the buyer is not very short, without curves and without big muscles, do not buy. Cheap and uncomfortable.
