Good but rusty. best in birds

This is a really good perch. but the rust tells me it's not the stainless steel the birds need. Luckily the screw isn't there. I can replace the large washer and wing nut with stainless steel components from the hardware store. I bought two sets. Only one sentence was rusty - this is happiness. Now I know I need to replace the metal before use.
