Review on Tri Conderoga Triangular Pencils Wood Cased 22506 by Jennifer Roberts

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The width is wider than the standard Tri-Write pencils but awesome! Found a sharpener too!

These are the most comfortable writing pens I have found. However, they are not a standard pencil size and not the width of the Ticonderoga Triwrite. These are medium-width pencils that require a sharpener with a wide opening. They're not huge by any means, but so much so that the triangular shape calls for a larger pencil sharpener. Plus, they're surprisingly handy when your hands get tired from regular pencils. If you like wooden pencils, you can't beat these Triconderoga. As for the sharpener. Using a sharpener with a blade and a large hole fails miserably. It does a great job with a wooden case but ruins the wires. After searching everywhere I finally found this, https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B001V1ZG9C/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 This is a manual sharpener that can be used separately from any surface and only yours needs 2 arms. It does a great job and I highly recommend using it with these pens. If price is an issue, you can try PaperMate 1.3mm refillable pens with a triangular plastic body. They're convenient, reusable, and cheaper than these but pink erasers that gnaw through paper.

Pros
  • Great for me
