Review on Upgrade Your Bose QC35/QC35ii Headphones with WC Wicked Cushions Replacement Ear Pads - Enhanced Comfort & Durability | Speed Racer edition by Justin Boisvert

$10 cheaper than Bose replacement pads, though.

I have a silver Bose QC35II kit. As pillows begin to deteriorate, they will crack, peel, and discolor. Much more noticeable on silver than black if you ask me. The first place I tried was Dekoni as I am familiar with the quality of their products but they had nothing for me. So I looked for Revain and found this. I noticed that some people mentioned that clips break during installation, so I was a bit cautious. However, most of the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, plus they have some nice color options, so I gave them a try. They also came with an interchangeable inner fabric with "L" and "R" designations. I found installation easy and had no problems, plus my headphones look great. If I had to decide what to complain about, the cushions themselves are not made of the same material as the ones supplied by Bose. I'm not sure, but the density of the foam may be slightly less than the Bose product. The outer material of the pads is also slightly different and they will slide a bit on my head with sudden movements. Conclusion: they are worth their price. I would have liked to have been able to buy them in higher quality materials like various memory foams and even lambskin. I would pay double or more for that.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
