Advantages and disadvantages are shown.

Summary Pluses: - quality product - easy to assemble - good fit - sewn (while OE is just glued, in the photo) - looks good, with different designs to choose from Cons: - NC is not big compared to OE, even on high setting - foam is a bit stiffer even after a break - ears hurt with prolonged use (didn't have that with OE foam) NC really made me give only 2S for the same reason I did first bought these headphones. Now, even on the highest settings, I still hear quite a bit of ambient noise. Enjoy!

  • understandable even to the old

Excellent noise cancellation and fit

To be honest I was a little scared of swapping out my original pads. I was afraid the quality would suffer. I'm so glad I bought these instead of the others I was looking at. They fit VERY well on my Bose QC 2. Very easy to install although I had to use my fingernails on the edges to get them under the moldings. I've had these pads for a long time. Advertising doesn't lie. They fit so well that I can wear my headphones much longer than the original ones. The originals lasted a full year so…

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Low repairability

Very reliable replacement for QC25

Very reliable replacement ear pads for my Bose QC25. I had to replace my originals because the stitching came apart on both sides. The product was very easy to swap out and snapped onto the hooks quickly. The click isn't very loud, so you'll have to listen for it as you slide it into place. In general, the construction looks very high quality. The upper is a bit smoother than the original pads, maybe due to the difference in wear time, but I don't feel any slippage on my head. The foam seems a…

$10 cheaper than Bose replacement pads, though.

I have a silver Bose QC35II kit. As pillows begin to deteriorate, they will crack, peel, and discolor. Much more noticeable on silver than black if you ask me. The first place I tried was Dekoni as I am familiar with the quality of their products but they had nothing for me. So I looked for Revain and found this. I noticed that some people mentioned that clips break during installation, so I was a bit cautious. However, most of the reviews were overwhelmingly positive, plus they have some nice…

Good if you have patience and non-stick inner paper

Received the "Speed Racer" ear pads for my QC 35 ii today as the original ones were torn and the yellow foam was clearly visible. Removing the old one was easy (YouTube video) but installing the new one was a bit tricky. The "L" marked inner paper supplied as a replacement had poor non-tackiness, making it poorly pasted. Since I removed the OEM paper I can't get it back and that was a disappointment. But I went ahead anyway and installed foam ear pads on both sides. Again, this is a very…

Difficult to install but looks good

It was a little tricky to install even with the youtube instructions but once you see how it sticks it's easy. "clicks" in the pads. Be careful when removing the old pads, there is a plastic ring around the frame that can come loose. It shouldn't, but if it does, it's not hard to put it back in place. I just have to go slow and be gentle but firm lol. First attach the new styrofoam driver covers with tape. They are marked L and R, just copy the old ones to see how they install. Now take the new

Reliable and practical

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the QC35 was still not just a thing, I could easily find accessories for it. This is Bose's testimony that the QC35 is so reliable that once the pads started to fall apart I expected them to be a thing of the past. But not this case. Not only are they still super relevant, there's a thriving third-party aftermarket! They are a little "louder" than I expected. Not in tone, but in color. They really stand out! The coloring is very light and the pattern is…
