Easy to use - simple UI that is easy for our non-tech staff members! We're able monitor KPIs in real time without having IT/ITA's do it manually or with spreadsheets which causes delays when you have several sites being monitored simultaneously.- It helps keep us informed about issues as they occur so we can fix them faster than if an employee just saw something happen (or didn't see anything). Very helpful tool overall but would love more insight into certain metrics like CPU Usage / Memory usage etc because some of these aren’t always available within trackonomic even though there are many options offered by their API service itself e..g "CPU Load Average". I also wish this had been around 10 years ago during my days working at HP where every server was tracked constantly;-) This helped me understand what each machine did better then looking up logs after hours spent searching through thousands upon THOUSANDS servers log files from over 100+ clients!!
