Disappointing for chargers and adapters

Disappointed with this charger. It says it's a Samsung fast charge charger specifically for my tablet. When I plug it in I get the message "Charging slowly. Please use the original charger that came with this tablet." I still use it today because for the price I didn't want to take the time to try it return. But my tablet takes hours to charge.
