Great filter for aquarium pumps and filters

Product as described, perfect for the cooktop on my 10 gallon QT. Catches larger materials as they pass through the cooktop but does not impede water flow. The sponge can be washed for reuse. I can usually use one for a good 3 months before replacing it. You will probably be able to use it for much longer; However, because of their low price, they are easier to replace after a while. We will definitely keep buying them.
