I use magic erasers on mirrors, sheet glass, shoes, sinks, bubble bath, car tires and rims, pretty much everything in my house. I've tried a few other brands of sponges with mixed results, but given the price I just had to try this one. I picked one up and tested it alongside the brand's high-performance sponge. The brand name is on the right. The branded sponge is slightly larger and has wavy "ergonomic" sides, but as you can see from the photos it's thinner than the Alphit Magic Eraser Sponge. In fact, I prefer a thicker sponge. I practiced well on the windows and mirrors and he cleaned them well. I just use a sponge dampened with a little water and then dry with a microfiber cloth. The work is done and only glitters with water. Then I got caught in the stainless steel doorknobs on my fridge because those handles only attract fingerprints and all kinds of dried food. hicks! In no time at all, the sponge made them sparkle. The same goes for my black glass range, my glass microwave oven, stainless steel interior and black glass exterior along with the surrounding textured frame. The stainless steel kitchen sink and faucets gleam, and the shower doors are just gorgeous, as this brand has always done. All in all I would say it's a home game! I would definitely get it again!
