The gummy bears were a bit bigger than I expected and I didn't look closely at the packaging before buying and saw that there were only 30 pieces. The taste is wonderful; However, when you open the bottle, there is no smell! Individually they don't smell for some reason, but I think when the bottle is closed the smell accumulates and is unpleasant. I think there is some improvement in how I feel if I take them consistently every day. Compared to other probiotic supplements I've taken, I'd say they're just as good, but not necessarily better. I love that you don't have to keep them in the fridge so I don't forget to take them when I have them with the rest of my daily supplements.
