I use it as an almond milk press and it's amazing! After lightly squeezing the milk out of the nut milk bag, I pop the almond pulp bag into a rice cooker with the smallest orifice plate and squeeze out way more milk than if I had done the whole process by hand! It's very well constructed. - I don't feel like it will break or get damaged if you use too much force on it. Very difficult. And it has a large capacity, easily fitting a cup of almond paste. The 3 hole plate options are really good allowing you to choose what works best for your purpose and it also makes cleaning easier as the plate is not fixed and there are no tight corners to clean.
