Kids still use them
For a mini theme party you need mini plates. They're damn cute, too cute. The kids used them at a birthday party and wash them (in the dishwasher) to use again and again. Small bowls are the perfect size for sauces like ranch, ketchup, honey. The plates are just the right size for portions of dessert or sweet food that you'd rather limit. Tiny cutlery looks like metal, but it's made of plastic. Kids love them, I love that they're cheap enough to throw away but sturdy enough to be dishwasher safe.
