Fits my 4 year old. I wish I could take a closer look and see that the straps don't just go to the opposite side and fasten with Velcro, rather you thread the strap through the loop and then fasten it with Velcro again. With a quirky toddler it's almost impossible to do it 4 times. You either have to put them on and take them off over your hands and shoes, or tuck them in all the way each time.
