No tension spring for my opinion

This item says there is a tension spring in the latch to hold the bar but there is nothing to keep it in place. The bolts may be difficult to adjust or replace.

What junk. First, these have a little piece of metal that''s intended to hold the bolt firmly in place. Nice idea, but it''s loose and always falls out. Second, on the back of the bolt is a little projection, intended, I assume to keep you from pulling the bolt out too far. Again, nice idea, but its location also prevents you from pulling the bolt out far enough to open the door.
