Review on Thermometer SURPEER Thermometers Waterproof Temperature Kitchen & Dining by Randy Robinson

I bought this particular thermometer for 2 reasons: it has an external probe that allows me to constantly monitor the temperature in the oven/grill and 2 - this connection isn't that dumb standard 2.5mm Rifle. I've had a standard Taylor thermometer and a few others that use a 2.5mm plug and the sensor has always tripped or wobbled due to that connection. This thermometer's sensor uses a USB-C connector, which feels very reliable in comparison, doesn't turn off or fluctuate, which is great. Also, I checked its accuracy and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I made an ice bath and it showed 32.4 degrees Fahrenheit and boiling water 212.4 degrees Fahrenheit. So definitely within the normal range. The two features I would like and will miss on my Taylor are a timer and a temperature threshold alarm. but overall very happy with the purchase.
