This is a great little personal alarm, but it's hard to activate. You will see in the video that it's hard for me to pull the "pin" out. However, once it's pulled it is loud and the flashing light is bright. I got it for me mom. She is elderly and is sometimes out and about on her own. I want her to have something to alert others if she is either feeling unsure of those around her or if she falls in public.Because it is hard to pull the "pin" I am a bit concerned that she'll be able to use it.I gave it 4 stars b/c I can pull it with effort.I do love that it has two key rings so she can easily attach it to her purse for easy accxess.
