I have bought several of these and have recommended them to friends. I've used other digital and analog timers in the past, as well as the timer on my phone, but nothing compares to this one. I use it every day to keep track of pretty much everything (sleep, lunchtime, breaks, cooking, my son's screen time, etc.). You can rely on your phone, but the analogue timer is still the best way for me to keep track of time, because visually it is very clear how much time you have left.
