I expected more from buying, but not the worst option.

I've been using a steam cleaner for over 2 years now. Ambiguous opinion. There are pluses, but there are more significant minuses, the most important disappointment is that this is not such boiling water steam as from an iron, but just a very powerful jet of warm air, a sort of high-pressure spray gun. There are a lot of nozzles, but I really use only two (for the floor and for hard-to-reach places). Would you buy it if you knew all this? I think definitely not.

Pros

Perfectly washes windows, normally copes with light limescale and soap stains, cleans tile joints well, washing the floor is generally brilliant

Cons

The steam is actually not hot, but warm, which means that there is no talk of any 99.9% disinfection, meanwhile I bought it exclusively for these purposes; constant drops during operation are very annoying, it heats up for an absurdly long time, and there is no indication that the device is ready for use, guess for yourself, and if it doesn’t matter with guesses, then water will simply pour onto the floor / wall / legs, etc. instead of steam. After two weeks of very passive use, the telescopic nozzle in the form of a mop broke. The service center is in the middle of nowhere, since I bought it in amazon and they themselves dealt with Karcher.
