So my photos show the ugliest little power bank I've ever made, but it works great. I've made 8 other prettier ones that are covered in cardboard and tape, random plastic boxes, and even just wrapped in tape. Using 18650 batteries which I got from laptop batteries I found at a flea market. I made a pair with 3 batteries, some with 2 and only 1 as in the picture. The chips are great and easy to use. All I did was buy a basic soldering kit and watch some YouTube videos. I made a few power banks and gave them away to friends and family. I'm happy to report that they're all working great so far. They are packaged in durable clear plastic. Everyone appreciated them and commended me for my brilliant technical skills, all the hard work that must have been required. LOL😉 But it was fun, easy and satisfying. Try them, you won't regret it.
