I've been running the Asics 2xxx series for about 10 years and have loved them. Most shoes are fairly durable and can last almost a year. But the mesh on the front is as thin as toilet paper, and it gets worse in later models. Several pairs I've had over the years have made huge holes in about 4 months. But the last GT-2140 that I bought at Walmart almost 4 weeks ago already has a small hole that gets bigger every day. buy new shoes every month. So a star. Anyone know how to fix this hole? The rest of the shoe is still pretty solid. I'm wondering if there is a way to sew it or glue something to the mesh.
