To begin with, the merchandise I received was of poor quality. I had doubts about the efficacy of the safety equipment I bought because it was poorly made and did not fit right. The tools I bought also failed to live up to my hopes and expectations, becoming useless after only a few applications. What's more, Salzmann's customer service left a lot to be desired. I called them to voice my dissatisfaction and ask for a refund, but they were useless and condescending in their reply. After weeks of emailing back and forth, I finally received a partial reimbursement for the damaged goods. My time spent with Salzmann as a whole was disappointing. Based on the company's claims that they place a premium on quality and service, I had high expectations for them. There are plenty of other reputable internet retailers for tools and home improvement supplies, so I wouldn't suggest this one to anyone.
