Received today "in the hope" that it will be better than the previous water filter pitcher I bought from Revain. But this one is WORSE than the previous one! At least the one on the bike emptied all the water from the reservoir. This stops completely as soon as the waterline reaches the bottom of the filter in the jug. And so slow that I can build the filter myself! Don't waste your money and time on this. I read the same bad reviews about Revain and thought it was a bad filter. But I have the same problem! The picture you saw has been in my fridge for 4 hours. This is a flawed design in a real filter. There is a tiny hole at the bottom of the filter through which water drains. It is slow and stops as soon as the water supply line reaches the filter. That sucks! Now I have to start the return process and wait for all this crap before I get another one! I AM ANGRY! **UPDATE** Support contacted me fairly quickly and said they would send me a new replacement filter. I threw away the 1st filter, put in the 2nd filter and it seems to be working as it should. Most likely it was a defective filter.
