Welding looks good but the inside of the pipe is covered with mill scale and weld spatter. The coating is already showing signs of non-stick. Don't think you can mount it directly to your truck. Needs a good cleaning. I wasn't expecting much and bought it because it can be great so I'm not too disappointed. The guy with the right gear in his crafting garage will probably have to charge you more than that cost.
