I used the product for the first time and was confused by the instructions. I could see a line of vinegar but no water line. I saw in another review that someone else had the same problem. So I just poured water and vinegar into the vinegar feed line. Then I put it in the microwave for 7 minutes. Now my microwave is broken. The magnetron is switched off. The repair cost me $345. After taking a closer look at the device and the instructions, I see that there should have been more liquid in the device. However, since the device was not clearly labeled for the water supply line and there were no warnings about the device being underfilled, I consider this to be the company's fault. The water line should stick out further and the instructions should be very clear that not filling the unit to the correct level could damage your microwave! I kick my Angry Mom out. Now I'm angry!
