Review on Premier Technology Solutions, Inc. by Rob Dixon

The team at PTS has been very helpful with my computer issues since day one! They are quick to respond when I call or email them about any problems we encounter during our contract work hours (which makes me feel like they care). In addition their rates seem fair for what you get out-of-the box. My biggest issue right now - which seems minor compared to some other things but still an annoyance-is how slow it takes between screens while typing/using programs such as WordPerfect 12 Classic. It's not always bad though sometimes this can be good if there isn't much going through your screen because then its easier to look up something without having to scroll back down each time.
