It's great to have someone who knows their stuff when it comes time for choosing hardware or software. They will help set up everything from servers/computers to phones (and beyond!). Also they are very thorough with documentation throughout every step! I do not like how difficult it can sometimes be to contact them if you need something quickly. Sometimes we aren't able to get hold of one member right away- so this makes things more complicated than necessary at times. The benefits far exceed

We are using this software to keep track of our inventory which has been very helpful for us especially with how quickly we get orders placed from customers. It can be confusing at times but it's not really anything I dislike about it as much as what i like! The best part would have to be being able to see exactly where an item or product was located so that if someone needs something right away they could locate it easily without having to walk through every single aisle looking for it…

The team at PTS has been very helpful with my computer issues since day one! They are quick to respond when I call or email them about any problems we encounter during our contract work hours (which makes me feel like they care). In addition their rates seem fair for what you get out-of-the box.
