Review on Premier Technology Solutions, Inc. by Michael Hughes

It's great to have someone who knows their stuff when it comes time for choosing hardware or software. They will help set up everything from servers/computers to phones (and beyond!). Also they are very thorough with documentation throughout every step! I do not like how difficult it can sometimes be to contact them if you need something quickly. Sometimes we aren't able to get hold of one member right away- so this makes things more complicated than necessary at times. The benefits far exceed any issues i've had using PTSI as my IT department. I like how they are very flexible with their service and price range! They always work to make sure you get what your looking for at an affordable rate not only upfront but monthly as well!! Would love if there was more communication throughout our project from start till finish. The team has been amazing so far working together through this process. Not much other than being honest about pricing & expectations up front! We have had no problems thusfar just going above and beyond!!
