The thing I like best about this tool was that it helped me to automate my workflows for social media management, email newsletter creation (and sending) as well as post analytics reporting! It's also fairly easy to use. There are some things which could be improved but not too much - mostly UI/UX related stuff. Nothing in particular at first glance though maybe more intuitive layouts? Maybe something with more focus towards new users who don't have any experience using tools such as these would help them get up-speed quickly. We're solving our customer success team's time consuming task of monitoring their own content publishing channels by automating all those steps so they can spend most or even 100% time supporting customers instead.
