I like the fact that we can set alerts when the service goes down. This makes work easier when the internet doesn't work. I would like to see a little less screen time and more functionality in one click options/features so that you're not always hitting multiple buttons to open up something else. Make sure to read through all of the features of the product. There is a lot to pick and choose from. We've used this to make sure we don't have outages and are able to make an effective call. It has helped tremendously and our clients are very pleased! We are solving the issue of having outages at our company which has been a problem for years. I like how easy it is to use. The software is very intuitive and all the options are easily accessible. There really isn't anything i dislike about this product. It has been extremely helpful in managing our fleet. It has also helped us in keeping track of our inventory. This has helped us in making sure we have the correct amount of parts needed at any given time.
