This helmet feels a bit small compared to my bike helmet which is also XL. The strap is not adjustable too much. But this helmet is great for protection. I'm new to longboarding and started practicing downhill. He lost control of his board and eventually fell at high speed. I managed to stem my fall a bit, but still hit the back of my head hard on the pavement. The helmet took the brunt. My head still hurt a little, but I don't want to think about how much worse it could have been if it wasn't for that helmet.
