Excellent Customer Service & Dictation Product

What I liked best about Sunrise is that they allow you to choose where you would like to receive your dictations. It does not matter if you are at home, at work, or out traveling. There is nothing you dislike about this product. If you want to send your dictations away, there is nothing to be worried about. Sunrise has allowed me to continue using my current phone number that I have been using with my previous office. They also do not charge any extra fees for phone numbers you already use previously with another provider. This was one thing we did not like about our old service provider. It cost us more money than necessary, plus we had to start from scratch every time we switched providers. With Sunrise, since it was free to us, we were able to save money and eliminate unnecessary switching over to other offices. I like that they are able to transcribe medical records from my device without me having to send out files or download any software - great for those with mobility issues! Sometimes their service is slow but not enough time has passed since our last update so we don't know if this will continue to be an issue moving forward (this was recently fixed.) We've had no problems using TranscriptionOne thus far! They have been very helpful when asked questions related to billing insurance companies.

  • Very easy sign up process takes less then 10 minutes after providing all required information including payment info as well..you can even skip uploading documents in most cases :)

  • Somewhat pricey compared others similar services.
  • Slow transcription speeds sometimes
