Bad quality, waste of money. Garbage!
Used this blade once; destroyed. I've been cooking and cleaning flat pans for almost 20 years. This is by far the worst junk I've seen in the industry. I scratched the surface once and bent the blade in two places. Not only does this render the blades ineffective, but it also leaves ugly grooves on the surface, which I also had to clean up. Don't buy them, they're complete junk. Please find a better alternative!
