This product is stuffed with so many items, some of which I don't recognize or use. I am aware of the crochet hooks provided and the ones I used (there are 2 different sets) are ergonomic, very easy to hold and use for a long time. I often spend 30+ minutes per stitch when crocheting, and the ergonomic needles prevent my fingers from cramping or tiring. The shank of the needles are a bit longer than others I've used which is good for me as I have big hands and it gives me room to not get my fingers as close to the needle and I can do more for certain stitches cast on stitches. As you can see I only checked out the ergonomic knitting needles or crochet crochet hooks as some prefer to call them but this set is back with the number of items stated in the item description. I probably won't use most of them, but for the price, it's worth getting.
