After trying almost every brand of scissors from cheap to outrageously expensive and talking to dozens of others who use scissors for crafting and sewing, I gave Kai a try. These scissors cut like butter. This is the pair of scissors I keep close by for cutting and trimming small parts. It's a good size and great for general use. I pull out a small or large pair of scissors when I am working on large or small projects for a long time. I bought these for a friend and she can work long hours on projects without getting tired of her hands. The handles are well placed and comfortable. I get cleaner cuts than other brands.
