Review on 🍥 Set of 6 Chicago Metallic Replacement Discs - Mini Cheesecake Pan, 3-Inch Size by Chris Morales

I made these little lime cheesecakes in this pan and they worked great. I was nervous about pushing the ingredients into the pan that they wouldn't come out after baking, but to no avail. The little discs at the bottom were easy to pick up and grab my little treats. It was a little harder to clean just because of the size of the indentations, but once I found the right size tool the residue was easy to remove. It is a durable product, cooked well and evenly. I would recommend if you are looking for this type of casserole dish.
