🍥 Set of 6 Chicago Metallic Replacement Discs - Mini Cheesecake Pan, 3-Inch Size Review

Arrived almost used - I hand washed and dried with a soft towel before using - I made mini quiches and when I took them off there were "leftovers" on the sides of my quiches - Almost like my meal was ready - I was afraid not to give them to anyone to eat! Waste of money and ingredients. Even after I washed and hand dried it for return, it was already rusting under every cup!

I made these little lime cheesecakes in this pan and they worked great. I was nervous about pushing the ingredients into the pan that they wouldn't come out after baking, but to no avail. The little discs at the bottom were easy to pick up and grab my little treats. It was a little harder to clean just because of the size of the indentations, but once I found the right size tool the residue was easy to remove. It is a durable product, cooked well and evenly. The discs are the correct size for the Chicago Metallic Mini Cheesecake Pan, but the label and Revain's description for this product's dimensions are incorrect. The Revain packaging and description says 3" x 3" so at first I thought it wouldn't fit because the mini cheesecake pan holes are only 1.5". But other people's reviews said it was perfect so I bought it. These discs are 1-7/8". Please correct the incorrect size designations on the product packaging and in the Revain description!

After reading reviews of several mini cheesecake pans, I settled on this one over the non-stick pan. I think it will take longer. I hand wash the baking sheet and slices, dry them thoroughly and put each slice in a small ziplock bag so they don't get lost. I put the frying pan and slices away in the lovely box they came in.
